Parking is one of the biggest variables in an LSU home game. The 2026 system is built around official parking maps, color-coded zones and route planning designed to move fans into and out of campus more efficiently.
Use the 2026 pregame map
LSU publishes a dedicated 2026 football pregame parking map. It identifies permitted lots and the traffic approach that best matches each area.
Understand the color-zone system
LSU groups parking into five color-coded zones. The purpose is to help fans identify their permitted lot, choose the right approach to campus and understand the expected postgame traffic direction.
Use LSU’s Waze gameday routing

When parking lots open
Most reserved parking lots open at 7 a.m. on gameday.
Most motor-home and RV lots open at 6 p.m. on the Friday before the game.
