TigerHype Staff take: This is one of those games where the scoreboard should not be the only objective. LSU needs to get healthy, develop depth and prepare for the remaining SEC schedule. If Leavitt is less than 100%, there is a reasonable argument for limiting him substantially — or sitting him completely.

Assuming Leavitt is medically cleared but the hamstring still isn’t 100%, what would you do Saturday: sit him, give him one quarter, give him one half, or play him normally?

No. 10 LSU hosts No. 23 Texas A&M Saturday night in Tiger Stadium. Both teams enter 2–1 after losing their SEC openers last weekend. LSU fell 32–24 at Ole Miss; Texas A&M lost 31–21 at home to Kentucky. Kickoff is 6:30 p.m. CT on ABC.

TigerHype take: This is exactly the kind of game where Death Valley should matter. Both teams are wounded, both have postseason ambitions, and neither wants to spend the rest of September explaining an 0–2 SEC start.
